Once documents are received, your scored report is delivered within 48–72 hours. The more documentation provided, the higher the scoring confidence.

About confidence levels: Every criterion in your report includes a confidence rating — High (3+ source documents corroborated), Moderate (2 documents), or Low (intake data only). Low-confidence scores should be reviewed before using in buyer negotiations. Providing supporting documents upgrades confidence ratings and produces more specific, defensible findings.
